Quickstart

Create or import a local agent wallet, fund it with USDC on Arc, then unlock — from your IDE or the CLI.

1. Create or import + fund

  1. New: npx --yes @arcdot/agent wallet create
  2. Already have a key: run import in your own terminal (never paste the key into chat): npx --yes @arcdot/agent wallet import --key 0xYOUR_PRIVATE_KEY
  3. Fund via /fund if needed (~0.05 USDC on Arc — not other networks). Skip if the imported address is already funded.

2. Unlock from your IDE

Paste the MCP proxy from Connect IDEinto Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop, Windsurf, or another stdio MCP client, then ask your agent to discover and unlock a service. The proxy settles payment from your local wallet. If there is no wallet yet, the agent should ask create vs import — not auto-create only.

3. Or unlock from the CLI

bash
npx --yes @arcdot/agent wallet create
# or: npx --yes @arcdot/agent wallet import --key 0xYOUR_PRIVATE_KEY
# fund on /fund if needed, then:
npx --yes @arcdot/agent unlock --origin $ORIGIN --service quick-brief --prompt "Hi"

Optional: browse the catalog

bash
curl -s "$ORIGIN/api/services" | jq '.services[] | {slug, price_usdc, seller}'

Rehearsal only

  • Console — demo unlock when configured (not production pay)
